Gripp Memorial Youth Foundation

 

Raffle Tickets: $100.00

Each year the SGMYF committee sells raffle tickets for an All Terrain Vehicle

and Livestock Trailer. The raffle is drawn in reverse order and the names

of each participant are announced during the weekend roping event.

The tickets are $100.00 each. Ticket may be purchased from any

SG Executive Board member.

 

Golf Sponsorship: $100.00

This will be the 6th year for the Spicer Gripp Memorial Golf Scramble. It is a 4-man golf scramble and takes place on Friday, August 6, 2010. Awards are sponsored by Montana Silversmiths, with  golf carts provided by Great Western Distributing - Coors of Amarillo. The Beef Capital of the world golf scramble committee will be selling hole sponsorships for $100.00. Steer Roping Tickets: $125.00

This year the SGMYF will offer 60 tickets at $125.00 each. The purchaser of the ticket will be drawn and matched with a steer roper. The winner will receive a SG Montana Silversmith buckle and $500.00 cash. Tickets may be purchased from any SG Executive Committee member or Ann Ames (ames@bjmsales.com).

 

Company Banners Purchase: $300.00 & $500.00

Banners with your company logo can be purchased from the SGMYF for use during the celebration. The initial cost of $500.00 covers the cost of production and the $300.00 annual sponsorship fee. Banners may be purchased from Vicki Wilson (vfwilson54@yahoo.com).

 

BCOW Carcass Contestants: $500.00

Each year a pen of heifers are fed at Bar -G Feedyard for the Spicer Gripp Memorial Youth Foundation. The heifers are for sale $500.00 each.  In late July, the heifers are delivered to Cargill and then judged for desirable carcass characteristics.  The winner of the contest receives $5,000.00 - 2nd - 5th place heifer owners receive $500.00.   BCOW Beef Carcass entries may be purchased by contacting Lance Storer at (Lance_Storer@cargill.com).

In addition all participants receive:
*   Two general admission tickets to the Gripp Foundation Kick-Off Reception held August 4th, 2010.
*    Recognition in the Gripp Foundation Kick-Off Reception & Dinner program
*   2010 BCOW Carcass contestant cap with heifer number.

Silver Sponsors: $1,000.00 - $4,999.00

Silver Sponsors contribute a minimum annual gift $1,000.00 to the SGMYF. Silver Sponsorship may be purchased by contacting Max Moss (mossgrain@sbcglobal.net).

In addition all participants receive:
*    Two general admission tickets to the Gripp Foundation Kick-Off Reception held August 4th, 2010.
*     Recognition in the Gripp Foundation Reception program as a Silver Sponsor
*    Company Banner with logo displayed in the arena for all events.

Gold Sponsors: $5,000.00 - $14,999.00

Gold Sponsors contribute a minimum annual gist of $5,000.00 to the SGMYF. Gold Sponsorship may be purchased by contacting Max Moss (mossgrain@sbcglobal.net).

In addition all participants receive:
*     Four general admission tickets to the Gripp Foundation Kick-Off Reception held August 4th, 2010.
*     Four VIP admission passes for all weekend roping events
*     Recognition in the Gripp Foundation Reception program as a Gold Sponsor
*     Company Banner with logo displayed at the arena for all events.

 

Platinum: $15,000.00 +

Platinum sponsors contribute a minimum gift of $15,000.00 to the SGMYF. This gift entitles the Platinum Sponsors to have their company logo be included on all publications the SGMYF produces each year including schedules and posters. Ongoing recognition of their contributions are mentioned during each event of the annual celebration.  Platinum Sponsorship may be purchased by contacting Max Moss (mossgrain@sbcglobal.net).

In addition all participants receive in contributing year:
*    Reserved seating for four to Gripp Foundation Kick-Off Reception held August 4th, 2010.
*    VIP admission passes for all weekend roping events
*    Sponsor Award Presentation, introduction and recognition at the Gripp Foundation Kick-Off Reception
*    Recognition in the Reception program as a Platinum Sponsor
*    Two Company Banners with logo displayed at the arena for all events
*    Sponsor’s name/logo will appear most prominently on all promotional material and announcing during the roping events
*    Guest of honor during the Beef Capitol of the World & Spicer Gripp Roping Celebration

 

Event Sponsor:

Event Sponsors are companies or individuals who would like to sponsor one of the four roping events. The Event Sponsors receive the Platinum Sponsor package plus Sponsorship Recognition of the event. Event Sponsorship may be purchased by contacting Ann Ames (ames@bjmsales.com).
